HOUSE RULES – PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION

 

 

Dear Guests,

In order to ensure that your stay at our accommodation is pleasant and your relaxation remains undisturbed, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourselves with our house rules.

 

By using the accommodation, you acknowledge and accept these house rules and agree to comply with them. You are responsible for any damage caused by failure to observe the house rules.

The house rules are mandatory for all persons staying in the apartment. Any violation of the house rules will result in an immediate obligation to vacate the accommodation.

 

 

 

 

Check-in / Check-out

 

 

The accommodation is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

 

Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid identification document so that the host can fulfill the mandatory data reporting requirements to VIZA and NTAK.

 

In case of early departure, we are unable to provide a refund.

 

Upon departure, please return all keys provided.

In case of loss of 2 keys, a fee of €30 (12,000 HUF) will be charged.

In case of damage to or loss of the remote control, a fee of €40 (15,000 HUF) will be charged.

 

 

 

 

Payment

 

 

The accommodation fee and the tourist tax are payable upon arrival.

The tourist tax is 400 HUF / person / night.

 

The following payment methods are accepted: cash, bank transfer.

 

 

 

 

Use of Rooms / Furnishings

 

 

Please use all furnishings and equipment properly and as intended.

It is strictly forbidden to remove any items from the house, including towels, blankets, bed linen, or other equipment.

 

The apartments are inspected upon arrival and departure. Any damages caused will be settled with the guest on site.

 

If you notice any malfunction or damage during your stay, please inform us immediately using the contact details provided. Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints reported after departure.

 

 

 

 

Meals / Kitchen Use

 

 

The accommodation is equipped with a well-appointed kitchen suitable for preparing simple meals.

 

Please do not place any metal objects in the microwave oven.

 

 

Equipment

 

The apartment bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, and the kitchen includes an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, toaster, Tchibo capsule coffee machine, as well as various other kitchen utensils.

 

• When cooking, please always use the extractor hood. Thank you.
• Guests are required to use all equipment and furnishings properly.
• Any damage resulting from improper use must be compensated at the operator’s request, but no later than 15 calendar days after departure.
• Removing any furnishings or equipment from the apartment premises is prohibited.
• Guests are liable for any damage to items taken onto the terrace and left there (e.g. in case of rain).
• Rearranging rooms or moving furniture may only be carried out by the apartment operator.
• Removing items from the accommodation without prior written permission from the operator constitutes a criminal offense, and the operator will take the necessary criminal and civil legal actions.

 

 

 

 

 

Cleaning / Waste Disposal

 

 

The apartment is provided clean upon arrival. No cleaning is carried out during the stay.

 

For stays longer than 7 days, guests may request bed linen and towel changes, as well as cleaning.

 

Household waste must be disposed of in the designated bins. Waste is collected weekly.

Please do not leave garbage in hallways, behind doors, or in common areas.

 

 

 

 

Fire Safety / Smoking

 

 

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and apartments.

Smoking is permitted only on the terrace in the designated area. This applies to all alternative smoking products as well.

 

 

 

 

Services

 

 

• Parking: One free parking space is available for guests in the designated area.
• Wi-Fi: Free of charge. Password: (XXX)
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.

 

 

Available upon request: baby cot, high chair, step stool, toilet seat reducer.

 

When leaving the apartment, please ensure that doors and windows are closed, the air conditioning is switched off, and the water is turned off.

 

 

 

 

Other

 

 

Quiet Hours:

To ensure the peace and comfort of guests and neighbors, making noise, playing music, or listening to music is prohibited between 9:30 PM and 8:00 AM.

 

Lost Property:

Items left behind in the room will be stored for one month. Upon request, we can send them to the provided address.

 

The host assumes no liability and cannot provide compensation for:

 

• Damage caused by natural events (e.g. hail, lightning)
• Inconveniences or damages resulting from malfunctions or failures of public utility providers
• Accidents, personal injuries, or property damage

 

 

The host reserves the right to refuse accommodation or immediately remove guests who behave inappropriately or violate the house rules.
