PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION – HOUSE RULES

 

Dear Guests,

 

In order to ensure that your stay with us is pleasant and your relaxation undisturbed, please read our house rules carefully.

 

By using the accommodation, you acknowledge and accept these house rules and agree to comply with them. You also accept responsibility for any damage caused by failure to comply with the rules.

Observance of the house rules is mandatory for all persons staying in the apartment. Any violation of the house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

 ● Check-in / Check-out

 The accommodation is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.

• Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid personal identification document so the host can fulfill the mandatory data reporting obligations to VIZA and NTAK.
• In case of early departure, no refund can be provided.
• Upon departure, please return all keys received.
  
• Loss of 2 keys: €30 (12,000 HUF)
• Damage to or loss of the remote control: €40 (15,000 HUF)

 ● Payment

 The accommodation fee and tourist tax (400 HUF/person/night) must be paid upon arrival.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer.

 

● Rooms / Use of Furniture and Equipment

 Please use all furnishings and equipment as intended.

• It is strictly forbidden to remove any items from the apartment, including (but not limited to) towels, blankets, bed linen, furniture, equipment, or decorative items.
• The apartment will be inspected upon arrival and departure. Any damage caused will be settled on site with the guest.
• If you notice any malfunction or damage, please inform us immediately using the contact details provided. Later complaints cannot be accepted.

 Meals

 

 

• The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen suitable for preparing simple meals.
• Please do not place metal objects in the microwave oven.

● Equipment and Appliances

 

 

The apartment bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, and the kitchen includes an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, Tchibo capsule coffee machine, and many other kitchen utensils. Guests may prepare simple meals.

 

• When cooking or baking, please always use the extractor hood. Thank you.
• Guests are required to use all equipment and furnishings properly. Any damage resulting from improper use must be compensated upon request by the operator, but no later than 15 calendar days after departure.
• It is forbidden to remove any furnishings or equipment from the apartment premises.
• Guests are liable for any damage to items taken onto the terrace and left there (e.g. due to rain).
• Rearranging rooms or moving furniture is only permitted by the apartment operator.
• Removing any equipment from the accommodation without prior written permission constitutes a criminal offense, and the operator will take the necessary legal steps.

  Cleaning / Waste Disposal

 The apartment is provided clean. No cleaning service is performed during the stay.

• For stays longer than 7 days, bed linen/towel change and cleaning can be requested.
• Household waste must be disposed of in the designated bins. Trash is removed weekly.
• Please do not leave garbage in corridors, behind doors, or in common areas.

  Fire Safety / Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation/apartment.

• Smoking is allowed only on the terrace in the designated area.
• This rule applies to all alternative smoking products as 

 

 

● Services

 Parking: Free parking is available for guests in the designated area (1 vehicle).

• Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available. Password: (XXX)
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Available upon request: baby cot, high chair, step stool, toilet seat reducer.

 Please make sure when leaving the apartment to close all doors and windows, turn off the air conditioner, and shut off the water.

 Other Information

 Quiet hours: To ensure the peace of guests and neighbors, noise, loud music, or music listening is prohibited between 21:30 and 08:00.

• Lost property: Items left behind can be stored for 1 month and, upon request, sent to the provided address.
• The host assumes no liability and cannot provide compensation for:
  
• Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g. hail, lightning)
• Inconveniences or damage resulting from failures or malfunctions of public utility services
• Accidents, personal injuries, or property damage
• The host reserves the right to refuse accommodation or immediately remove guests who behave offensively or fail to comply with the house rules.
